Durante esta formaci\u00f3n, el participante adquirir\u00e1 el conocimiento y habilidades necesarias para planear y llevar a cabo de forma competente auditor\u00edas internas y externas en conformidad con las normas ISO 19011 e ISO 17021.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contenidos:<\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalizar la auditor\u00eda de ISO 20000 y establecer actividades de seguimiento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planear e iniciar una auditor\u00eda de ISO 20000.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Llevar a cabo una auditor\u00eda de ISO 20000.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalizar la auditor\u00eda de ISO 20000 y establecer actividades de seguimiento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Examen de Certificaci\u00f3n acreditado por PECB.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El curso incluye el manual del alumno, informaci\u00f3n adicional en digital, ex\u00e1menes de pr\u00e1ctica y breaks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Duraci\u00f3n:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 32 horas<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cr\u00e9ditos: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">32 PDUs para Project Managers.
